Customer Review: A great gift!
Victorinox makes great swiss knives. My humble opinion is that for a knife to balance functionality and practicality (what’s the point of having a knife with 150 different functions- you can’t carry it comfortably in your pocket, let alone comfortably grip the thing to actually use it), it must have 1 blade, a can opener, a bottle opener, a corkscrew and scissors. The tweezers are a nice thing to have as well. This “Climber II” fits the bill (with a few extras too), and at $13.99, I bought a bunch of them to have on hand for gifts.
Customer Review: Nice knife, on the cheap
This is a nice knife with the standard Swiss Army quality for much less than you’ll usually pay for a Swiss Army knife. One thing to keep in mind is that, as another reviewer pointed out, it has a different finish than the signature smooth finish on most Swiss Army knives. Instead, it has a textured finish with a stamped logo. I kind of like the new finish, though.
