Gourmet, fluffy, marshmallows made with pineapple & coconut. Perfect for summer! These are not dense and gummy, but light and extremely flavorful. We use a blend of plant based gels along with a little bit of regular gelatin to make a marshmallow that is the lightest and fluffiest around.
